Orders received before 2:00 PM EST (11:00 AM PST) are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours. From time to time we experience high order volumes which may result in minor shipping delays. In these cases you will be notified by our customer service staff as to when your order will ship. |
My Sport Source uses a variety of carriers to get your packages to you in the most efficient way possible. Based on your delivery selection and address, our checkout system will decide the best way to get your packages to you. No matter how your goods ship, you will be provided with a tracking number to track the package to your door. |
My Sport Source shipping days and days in transit do not include weekends or holidays. |
Once you check out, we will be unable to add items to your order. Also, combined orders can only be delivered to one address. |
A signature will be required on any order exceeding $250 to ensure you receive your delivery. |
We cannot ship to a P.O. boxes; all orders must have a physical address for the shipping address. |
Continental U.S. Customers - all shipment charges depend on the weight and destination of your order. |

Returns Information |
If your product arrives in damaged condition, please do one of two things: (1) refuse the shipment and notify us immediately so we can process a new order, (2) note on the receipt of goods that the product arrived damaged and contact us immediately if the product is not in perfect condition. |
